Academy M Education, we are committed to providing a high-quality and personalized training experience. Because each course involves extensive preparation, limited availability, and reserved student placement, we maintain a strict no refund policy on all payments made.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All deposits and tuition payments made toward any Academy M Education course, training, or workshop are non-refundable once purchase is complete.
This includes, but is not limited to:

-- Enrollment deposits

-- Course balances

-- Add-on bundle purchases

2. Transfer & Extension Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.
If you are unable to attend your originally scheduled training:

-- Your enrollment deposit may be transferred to a future course date, within six (6) months of your original class date.

-- Requests to transfer must be submitted in writing via email to: [email protected].

-- After six months, deposits and payments will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or failure to attend your scheduled training without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of all payments.

Academy M Education reserves the right to reschedule or postpone a class if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified and provided the option to transfer to a new date.

4. Policy Agreement

By submitting payment and enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund & Cancellation Policy.
